Welcome to the “Garbage Plate” capital of the world! Yes, my friends, I’m in Rochester, NY. How did I find myself here? Well, for 2 reasons: first, Rochester is about as close to home as it gets for me, and second, for my son to visit a college. So, many thanks to my nephew who spent his evening showing us around the campus at RIT!
